Parmesan/Italian Hard Style

Also known as Parmigiano-Reggiano, this classic hard Italian cheese is aged for 24 or 36 months depending on the desired variety. It’s commonly grated over pasta dishes, stirred into soups and risottos or shaved over other dishes like salads.
Its texture is dense and grainy, with a fruity yet nutty/savoury flavour.


Available in classic Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano
